Environmental Chemistry's Assignment

Hi guys !

Here , my second assignment for environmental chemistry . For this assignment it were about Energy and my group got about Water Energy . I can share a part of Water Energy which is the advantages and disadvantages of water energy .

There is a lot of the advantage of water energy . However it also have they own disadvantage .

Advantage 

Water energy is a renewable energy . It can't be exhausted . Water energy also reliability and response . Which is it were demand variation are high . Also the production cost are low . In addition , water energy are not pollute the environment . Water energy also growth the local development . This is because it were establishment of our waterways . It also construction of communication routes . Then the promotion of leisure activities also it increase the rate of tourism .

As I've said before , water energy also have their flaw .  

Disadvantage

Water energy will cause the erosion of soil this will consequently affect local vegetation. It also cause the displacement of riverine populations . In addition , water energy will cause the extension of land . It was depend on type of relief and region where the enterprise is located . Also , it will construction requires the formation of large reservoirs of water . It will cause profound changes in ecosystem .The installation of water energy were very high and their deactivation costs also high . Lastly water energy will changes the water temperature and river's flow
